• Identify appropriate work steps, structures and processes to accomplish goals.
• Develop precise work plans, processes and action steps supporting company’s overall strategies and achieve results.
• Develop professional relations with internal and external teams to review and discuss document solutions delivering design intent in an optimum way.
• Execute design standards necessary for successful development of architectural sites.
• Prepare detailed, complete and accurate two-dimensional plans and merchandising concepts.
• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design CAD and BIM applications.
• Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
• Specifying the requirements for the projects.
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
• Coordinating work between other designers; Mechanical and Electrical designers.
• Preparing and presenting design proposals, including detailed drawings of finished buildings, renovations, or restorations.
