The hiring company is an international food & beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands.

Job Role:

Assists the chefs in the kitchen in preparing and cooking dishes

Prepares daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen

Prepares measures and mixes ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods

Participates in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion

Complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests

Answering, reporting, and following the executive or sous chef’s instructions

Stocking inventory appropriately
