Familiar with Mercer or Hay Compensation & Benefit system.Have in-depth knowledge in key success factor system/module. Work closely with HR Director for changing culture and drive performance management system.Establish Job Analysis and Job Evaluation for all jobs in the company.Design and review company structure based on updated hierarchy.Create KPI’s for all job roles with required competencies and technical requirements.Drive Performance Management System that is based on SMART Objectives with quantitative & qualitative measurements.Implement periodical performance management reviews for all department on quarterly basis.Conduct Performance Management Panels based on 360 Degree.Identify performance gaps to build required IDP, upon competency based.Contact Training suppliers for conducting training sessions and development programs.Identify Talent Pool based on company criteria and core competencies.Review Succession Planning Cards based on Company BSC.
