Following up on recruitment accounts Screening resumes and job applications for entry and junior-level roles.Conducting initial phone screenings to prepare lists of qualified, shortlisted candidates Tracking hiring and recruitment sheets, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire sheets Participating in job fairs Following up with candidates via email and phone calls throughout the hiring process .Maintaining an applicant databank of potential candidates for future job openingsDevelop job analysis and job descriptions including duties, KPIs, work conditions and job specifications, Manage the performance appraisal.Handling the Recruitment processes as per the manpower budget plan .Advertising all vacancies internally and externally through various Recruitment media platforms.Carrying out all administrative arrangements for the selection process.Creating job descriptions & job requirements (if needed).Create job offers.Conduct employee Onboarding and Orientation sessions..Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.To design and deliver OD and change management strategies,Design and update organization structures with job descriptions- Job profiling, KPIs & departments workflow.To identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertakinginternal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possiblesolutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideasAssist in employee retention and developmentLead Employee Engagement & Culture transformation agendaDesign and update grading and Pay structure system, the benefits system, design career path, job rotation system).Training efficacy evaluation system (before- during – after), training plans.Consult and train managers leadership to identify business processesOrganize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other eventsManage workforce planning to determine current staffing needs and producing forecastsPrepare and review our annual recruitment budgetManage, train, and evaluate our team of recruitersManaging and delivering reports and data when required
