Execute the ASC agro  operation & maintenance procedure   & implementing the plans of (predictive- critical- preventive) maintenance & supervise the department team to reach to the maximum efficiency with  lowest cost & best performance.Supervises the day-to-day operations of operation & maintenance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.Executing  the department  plan to ensure the sites  works smoothlyFollowing up  the machines Repairing  to be available on demand according to operation & maintenance planePreparing the  required spare parts needed to repair the machinesPresent weekly operation & maintenance condition  report  to ensure implementing the maintenance procedureExecute the Preventive maintenance  to ensure the machines works efficient & normallyMonitoring  the sites to ensure the machines working smoothly  & works efficient & normallyContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvementPrepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and department requirements, policies and standardsMonitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitudePerform other related duties or assignments as directed
