As Software Development Member Lead you will be part of a group of developers and testers. These members are spread across multiple development teams. You will provide to them leadership through coaching and mentorship. You help them to reach the highest level possible in Customer satisfaction. You will create an environment where these members feel comfortable in their day to day activities in the different development teams.The organization can be described as a Matrix organization having development teams to organize development activities and having virtual teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time within their scope.The Software Development Member Lead position is to be combined with day-tot-day Software developer work as described within the Software Developer position description.All responsibilities of the developer profile.Coach the members with planning approaches (self-management) for their day to day activities.Act as a counselor for the members.Ensure that members shows high standards regarding punctuality in their communication and work.Identify issues and impediments, blocking the activities of the members.Taking initiative to address issues and impediments to the management.Establish an environment where the members can be effective.Ensuring a good relationship between the members and within the organization.Provide activities to make the members comfortable in their day-to-day lives.Assess opportunities for professional improvement of the members.Report the ‘health-status’ of the members to the management.Represent the Company in a positive, helpful and professional way at all times.
