Prepare annual manpower plan and its budget according to company vision and needs.Planning and sourcing with various recruitment channels Implement whole recruitment processes (job posting, filtering, screening, selecting, interviewing, offering and follow up employee performance during probation period).Conduct exit interviews to highlight resignation reasons and report results to HR Manager.Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.Create/update JDs for all positions inside the organization to ensure clear job purpose, qualifications and competences required for the job.Plan and monitor the development of performance management process.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managementAssist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
