Collect data (SWI, Letters, and RFI) received from the site technical office which contains extra scope out of contract scope.Prepare notice of variation/claim for project manager.Prepare pricing sheet for all items of extra scope and send it to site to be verified.Follow up with site technical office to finalize and approve the quantity survey for extra scope.Prepare technical and financial offer and submit them to client to have approved budgetNegotiate pricing with Employer until reach to final agreement.Prepare project file and distribute it to all concerned parties after Employer approval
