Responsible for developing and maintaining brand strategies in coordination with other functions (Project Management, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management (SAM, Talent Management, and Production) to meet corporate strategic objectives. Works with the Marketing and SAM functions to implement and facilitate the annual marketing and SAM plan. Works with the Financial Manager to plan and administer the annual brand budget. Oversees execution of sales and marketing activities and take necessary action with the related function manager. Develops, executes, and takes corrective actions in coordination with Production, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, and SAM. Assures that all plans and initiatives are implemented on time and within budget. Serves as the coordinator and focal point of the brand for all plans and activities between different functions. Initiate the action plans to penetrate new markets Manage the brand team across all functions (Project Management, Sales and Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Vendor Management) along with the function managers (refer to brand management relationships guide for relationships between brand manager and function managers). Presents the brand's performance.Management of more complex localization projectsCommunicate with Team Lead in order to receive consultancy and report to him the latest updates of the project.Supporting Project Managers/Coordinators and other team members in production processesMonitoring and controlling project status, solving problems, preparation on and maintenance of projects documentationBring new business from existing clients through proactivity and expansion of opportunities with existing clients (business development)Sharing the knowledge on localization processes and procedures with the team (only if he heads a team)Creating project documentationCommunicating ideas for improving Project Management processes with a positive and constructive attitudeResponsible for best-in-class onboarding of new customers with the support of other teamsSolves issues or disagreements, identifies causes and sets corrective/preventive action (Shared with AM)Planning and administering training to selected subordinates or newcomers Help to develop and closing new sales opportunities especially for commonly received services Help the SAM team achieving the company’s sales and revenue targetsShowing reasonable flexibility to work out of normal working times/days when it does matterMaintaining a healthy relationship with the clients through healthy communication
