Key Objectives:Restructure the sales team in cooperation with the CEO and Benchmark's consultant.Grow, develop and manage the sales team at Benchmark to insure work efficiency and consistent work flow across all brands, categories and clients.Setting sales targets with top management. Enforcing targets across the different sales units, insuring achievements and regular client activity.Analyze, track and monitor clients performance on a macro and micro level and report key suggestions and highlights with the brand managers and top management to develop the business.Grow and expand the company distribution reach geographically directly and indirectly.Enforce an efficient KPI based system for all sales reps to assure business growth on a client level. Structure and grow company existing distributors and wholesalers.On board new distributors and wholesalers.Restructure with finance and top management existing client deals in terms of payment terms and margins.Maintain, grow and develop clients relations. Insure regular stock replenishment and full assortment product availability across the market.Launch new Men's hair styling brand across Egypt and insure business plan achievement.Launch new Skin care / Hair care line across Egypt and insure business plan achievement.Enhance and grow the company's products shelf space and visibility, agree trade marketing deals with the brand managers and implement on the market.
