• Provide first level advice on various legal procedures to the management.
• Represent the company for any Legal issues related to employees and business counter parties.
• Attend to official activities and approvals from various government departments including JAFZA, Civil Defense, DED, Rera, RTA, Chamber of commerce, Dubai Municipality and Trakhees.
• Manage registrations such as company Licenses and amendments with relevant authorities and municipalities. 
• Prepare and process required legal documents such as request letters, contracts, attestations, amendments and notarization of MOA and AOA and other documents.
• Up-to-date with government rules, policies and standards and keep the management informed for any changes in procedures.
• Obtain required permits such as EHS for the company to prevent unnecessary violations.
• Ensuring timely completion of employees’ visas including new visas, renewals and cancellations while providing regular updates to the HR department.
• Applying and renewing employee cards such as Emirates ID, Labor cards and Occupational Health Cards.
• Advising on visas procedures of various countries and apply as and when required for offshore site-work.
• Manage the company Quotas and requesting for additional quotas when necessary.
• On time renewal of employee and company permits without penalties.
• Maintaining the company and employees documents up-to-date.
• Management and submission of bills and invoices against funds issued by company as per the internal cash management policy.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the manager.
• Strict adherence of confidentiality of company related documents and information.
