Industrial planning engineer in our factory and production cycle is Responsible for assisting the production and Manufacturing activities through production plans Preparing production scheduling with routine updating for all production activities and support factory toward the project delivery on time to the customers. Prepare and issuing daily & weekly and monthly systematic reporting processes higher management to ensure early visibility of productions plans and manufacturing activities. Supervision and preparation of documentation for reporting the production and manufacturing activities through the production plans & work orders. Supervision of equipment, materials, spare parts, consumables and chemicals in the stores correctly, by verifying goods received against the production and manufacturing orders. Production-planning preparation, supervision, scheduling for daily production for all production activities inside the production and manufacturing workshop areas. Responsible for issuing production orders through the ERP system as per the relevant project production plans for all production millstones and collect the new standard times. Ensuring all employees are operating as per standard Policies and Procedures. Ensuring all employees are operating as per production cycles and quality Procedures. Ability to matching the goals of the Production and manufacturing plans for Plant projects. Analyzing the production and manufacturing standard time and plant capacity data and performs millstones datasheet to determine manufacturing processes and human resource requirements. Transfer the scheduling workflow of production and manufacturing operations for guidance of production and manufacture workers. Use available resources efficiently and effectively within the budget.
