▪ Keeping track of all necessary licenses/ permits both personal and company and keeping them updated as per Governmental requirements (Documentation)

▪ Communicating all required documents and actions for Product Classification/Manufacturing Site Registration and Product Registration to all Suppliers.

▪ Preparing required documents to be submitted for Product Classification under MOH.

▪ Preparing required documents to be submitted for Manufacturing Site registration under MoH.

▪ Preparing all the Dossiers to be submitted to MOH for medical, pharmaceuticals and GSL products.

▪ Preparing and submitting samples to MOH for product registration completion.

▪ Monitoring the receiving and delivery process of all equipment in the Warehouse.

▪ Responsible for the Zahrawi vehicles and monitoring their routes with the GPS reports.

▪ Maintaining the petty cash for all Warehouse expenses and reimbursing it with Finance team.

▪ Maintaining the vehicle service, maintenance, permit, registration renewal, Nuclear Medicine permit, Nuclear Medicine driver’s licenses, Civil defense, Cargo clearing permit and gate passes.

▪ Scheduling the daily delivery with the Warehouse Coordinators and Drivers.

▪ Ensuring that the Warehouse follows the instructions of the Ministry of Health and other governmental authorities.

▪ Monitoring the expiry of goods and over stocks on monthly basis.

▪ Prepare a report of expired/near expiry goods (within 3 months) and submit it to the QA Manager and items should be destructed within a 3-month period.

▪ Arranging for the perpetual & yearly stock taking and updating.

▪ Maintaining and responding to all queries related to Warehousing.

▪ Ensuring all the SOPs are strictly adhered to in the Warehouse Operations.
