Job Objective:

This role is for a Oracle ERP R12 EAM techno functional consultant who will work with ICT Information Systems ERP team. We want this role to be filled by relevant industry and domain experienced consultant who will be working in a group of companies challenging environment.

He will be responsible to implementation and support of Oracle ERP R12 EAM, OSP, BOM modules and enabler of new functionalities.

He will be team member in other projects which are having dependency / interfaces with Oracle ERP R12 EAM, Inventory, OSP, BOM modules and functionalities.

Job Requirements:

Oracle EAM techno functional consultant with minimum of 3 end to end implementation experience and total experience not less than 10 years.

Fully conversant with integrations with other third party applications.

The candidate must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in IT or related field from a reputed institute.

Candidates with techno functional skill set will be preferable.

Job Description/ Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and develop technical specification documents for the applications.
• Understand and map third party, legacy systems of the Company and subsidiaries with Oracle EAM for functional business process and conversion.
• Perform system setup and map business user requirements.
• Develop requirements definitions and prepare To-Be business processes for the Company and subsidiaries.
• Preparing setup documents MD-120, MD-70 etc..
• Create functional specifications documents based on user requirements.
• Create and execute test plans and scripts..
• Preparing user training procedures and user manuals for the implemented modules and functionalities for end users.
• Identify existing or potential issues which are show stopper for business process.
• Collaborate with application team in internal testing, UAT and PROD deployments.
• Support applications and interact with users to help troubleshoot day-to-day issues. (L1, L2 / L3 support)
