Supervises the day-to-day operations of the operation department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures. Assign administrative activities to operation coordinators and follow up the efficiently of working. Communicate with the planning department to develop a weekly production plan and distribution to production and loading employees shifts lines. Conduct weekly maintenance plan in cooperation with engineering dept. and solve unexpected breakdowns. Follow up the implementation of the daily production plan and the distribution of employees within the section.
