• Prepare and update material status and purchase requests.• Coordinate with Project Management and other departments to carryout day to day Quantity Surveying services.• Performs material take offs prior to the purchase requisitions for the projects and reports any irregularities or discrepancies to the control management.• Evaluate both purchase requests and quotations and ensure quantities and specifications are in line with tender and project specifications.• Undertake items analysis and breakdown through project phases.• Prepare and Issue sub-contracts to be in line with project BOQ, specifications and drawings.• Examine, control and evaluate sub-contractors invoices and ensure the contractual obligations are satisfied.• Works very close with the project team to ensure that measurements, variations and contractual matters are properly recorded and notified.• Track changes to the design and project work and issue change requests and variation orders accordingly.
