Role For - Customer Service Agent.

Parent Company (on contract for) – People Dynamics, Qatar (Part of IHorizons group, Qatar as a parent company)

End client: For leading Qatari Company

Location- Doha, Qatar

Duration – Initially 3 Months but Extension possible, depending upon the performance.

Joining Date-Immediate required

ViSA- you will have to arrange from own (looking for Family / freelancer Visa)

Working days- 5 days in week with shift phase .

Operational Accountabilities

Core Objective:

Assisting customers in making reservations and ensure that customers have a smooth booking process. Arranging the appropriate quarantine package for customers arriving to Doha based on their eligibility. Handling customer queries and be highly proficient in Arabic language (written and spoken) to ensure effective communication with customers that will meet customer service standards. Resolving disputes related to customers reservations, processing payments and issuing invoices.
