Work in a globally distributed team of QA engineers Develop test plans, and schedules for desktop and web application releasesDevelop a deep understanding of our customers in order to ensure the delivery of  high quality applicationsDefine, rollout, and enforce best practice processes in the areas of functional, system and regression testing using a combination of manual and automated testingDesign and help develop efficient and maintainable test automation tools and frameworks Collect and communicate test progress and quality status to project stakeholders.Develop and maintain  test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvementMentor the quality engineering team in building the scalable test automation and tooling.Work cross-functionally with multiple internal groups (product, design, software, hardware, and content)
