ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Supervise the overall front office operation in order to provide a better patient experience.
· Train/orient new employees.
· Implement guidelines for work processes and ensure efficient work scheduling of staff and clinicians.
· Make sure that the front office has adequate staff & resources to perform its duties efficiently
· Maintain filing system for all medical and patient records and ensure all patient data is scanned to HER.
· Ensure that all the incoming calls are attended by the front office executives and the missed calls are responded back in a timely manner.
· Ensure all appointments are scheduled in a smooth and efficient manner to ensure patient satisfaction.
· Responsible for addressing the customers’ requests, inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
· Train call center agents on FSHN policies and offers.
· Conduct regular reviews/audits to ensure that all patient billing procedures are handled correctly and with minimal transaction errors.
· Review the consolidated account receivable reports prepared by the front office executives.
· Prepare and report the shift daily report to the clinic manager.
· Prepares customer service staff monthly schedule.
· Handle administrative tasks as requested by management.
· Participate in marketing events and initiatives.
People Management:
· Guide, motivate to work together as a team and display high levels of performance.
· Ensure leaves and absentees are appropriately covered
· Supervise subordinates to ensure that all work within the team is carried out and are consistent with operating procedures and policy.
Ensure compliance of employees to departmental policies and KPIs.
