Preparing activity cost reports.Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank reconciliation are performed in a timely and accurate manner.All Financial report to Finance Manager (Monthly – Quarter – Yearly) such asBalance sheets.Income Statement.Aging report for all Customers and all Vendors.Cost Analyses - Over Head Rate for all services.Banks reconciliation.VAT Tax reports.Fixed assets reports.Manage the ERP systems and ensure all financial operations are performed well.Preferably but not must have CMA.
