Managing and Minting the Marketing plan and executing strategic marketing programs which drives footfall traffic into Mall and support key tenant initiatives.
Responsible for managing the Mall marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning for activities, events, advertisement.
Perform all duties within the scope of the Field in the premises of the mall as assigned by COO.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the Saudi Bonyan properties (Malls, Hotels & Compounds) with company objectives.
- Conducts market research to find the answer about consumer requirements, habits and trends. Devises and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires and opinions polls, gathers data on consumers, competitors and marketing conditions.
- Provide traditional and digital marketing support to the property, staring from creating, editing, distributing marketing content across digital marketing properties (social media platforms and company web site).
- Prepare Marketing calendars for the properties according to the planned activities, festivals & Events.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, Social, Governmental, other activities and events.
- Preparation of promotional materials and collateral to support events.
- Coordinate, planning and implementing events, activities and advertising space with Hotels, Hospitals, Colleges, Automobiles companies and Estate companies and other external agencies.
- During summer holidays, Ramadan and Eid festival leasing kiosks, podium and event space.
- Document each event and create event recaps that include: photos, return on investment, retailer / partner results, clippings, tear sheets as well as event summary.
- Responsible to prepare design and printing materials for decoration during Ramadan, Eid, National day and Events.
- Plan and effectively execute an integrated advertising program to enhance tenant sales and generate positive results for the overall success of the property in order to achieve the yearly target.
- Develop understand and communicate relevant retail trends to Centre management – areas to include sales and footfall forecasting & reporting.
- Assess the effectiveness of the mall website and implement content improvements and new features to meet online objectives.
- Responsible to increase company revenue, achieve the target and enhance tenant sales, hotel and compound occupancy.
- Responsible for preparing the annual Marketing Plan.
- Support Marketing Manager with annual Research plan and requirements.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Work closely with all agencies to develop yearly media plan and ensure timely and top-class implementation of all marketing communications.
- Manage relationships with major external agencies. This includes supporting the Marketing team in negotiating with external agencies as and when required.

- Attend community functions to promote the Saudi Bonyan properties.
- Work effectively with internal departments (esp. leasing, sub-brands and guest services to ensure optimum business effectiveness and information is communicated around the business units – new store openings, launches, events, staff newsletters.
Responsible for promoting Malls and its retailers, Hotel & compounds.
