Senior Business Analyst - Major Project- Riyadh,KSA

Participate in initiatives that oversee company strategy, operations and productivity;

· Propose and ensure accurate analytics, monitor key business drivers, identify and drive improvements,

establish corrective measures as needed, provide transparency of results to key business leaders, and

ensure informed decision making;

· Facilitate actions across Sectors and corporate functions when required;

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop innovative solutions that drive efficiency

under the COO structure and across the organization when needed;

· Deliver communications throughout the COO structure and Sectors Executive leaders;

· Lead the production and delivery of operational and planning reports to senior business leaders to

effectively link results with business strategy (quarterly business reviews, and other applicable

management tools;

· Review the COO budget, forecast and current expenses with detail analysis that provide insight and

guidance for making informed operational and strategic decisions;

· Cultivate healthy and mutually respectful relationships across the organization to solve problems and

identify business improvement opportunities.

· Extensive computer experience & proficiency with Microsoft software, specifically Power Point, Excel and Power BI.

· Solid understanding and usage of databases, PMO tools, analysis tools, standard reporting tools.

· Project management and data manipulation skills.

· Experience in Financial Reporting

· Excellent organization skills. Time Management and Task flexibility. Ability to multitask and change priorities as needed.

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to analyze situation and make sound recommendations and decisions.

· Ability to foster trusted long-term relationships across the organization, and internal/external stakeholders
