POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the VP AP MEET and as member of the MEET Leadership Team, the incumbent is responsible for providing direction and leadership to the Sales, Marketing and CSO teams Middle East, Egypt and Turkey to ensure the company reach EBITDA goals.
The incumbent will design and direct strategies and plans to:
Contribute to improve the profitability of all products with:
a deep understanding of the IG market (competitor, trends…) and the product applications and services,managing the portfolio and their life´s cycle,driving pricing and margin enhancement programs,leading and participating as key stakeholder in developing sales volume growth in designated segments and location in collaboration with other leaderships in MEET and cross team leaders.
Drive the business intelligence thru analytics to enhance our commercial activityLead the digital transformation to enhance our services, generate new revenue streams and work with production and supply chain to improve our operations.Improve loyalty and customer engagement, and an effective communication and branding to customers and other stakeholders; Improve the efficiency and profitability of the direct and develop external (agents) sales effort.Negotiate with strategic sourcing suppliers (refrigerants and other traded products) and other external partners, and participate in M&A&D processes when requiredLeading company's volume growth through developing application technologies and converting non-industrial gas companies to industrial gas customersConducting margin enhancement efforts on existing businesses and customers and overall, in order to be a leading company, the incumbent is the main responsible to scout and develop new business opportunities, in collaboration with all the internal and external stakeholders.Manage, develop and motivate a diverse commercial team including sales and CSO teams and pricing specialist in various locations in the MEET regionCoordinating with global function leads aiming in improving payment terms, account receivables and collectionsLeading interactions with the company's key customers aiming at protection and optimization of company's asset used for sales purposes Identification of market needs and gaps to support product development initiatives.Collaboration with company's joint venture partners / enabling partners on commercial initiatives and market developments

Ensure Safety performance of the department, aiming for a 0-accident policy while maintain a strong and robust BSP system.Design and direct market strategies according to company goals and objectives, aiming a sustainable growth.Set the long-term vision and strategy for Marketing & CSO in MEET, design and direct the objectives, monitor and report compliance.Lead the department through the necessary transformational changes, efficiency programs, performance points and delivery of financial targetsDefine the organization and cost structure so that is adequate to the size and growth of the business allowing the Service Excellence and profitability balanceDirect and ensure the development of individual marketing, communications strategies, acting as a champion of customers insight, ensuring that this is integral in any marketing strategiesKeep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategy and performance and use analytical frameworks, strategic business models and tools to interpret and trans
