- Manage the bidding processes of the incoming RFP/RFQs and tenders.
- Act as the owner of the technical and financial proposals.
- Evaluate the incoming tenders and opportunities and provide recommendations to the top management on the business feasibility of the participation in the bids and tenders.
- Build the skeleton and sections of the proposal and assign sections to the team members based on the proposed scope and required specialties.
- Build the digital assets and proposal templates required to expedite the bidding process.
- Design high-level solutions and professional services packages based on the customer needs, willingness, and financial capabilities.
- Collaboratively work with the sales team in the sales presentations and discussions with the customers.
- Collaboratively work with the marketing team in developing the marketing collaterals and enhancing the company’s online presence.
