1. Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation. 2. Responsibilities include planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration, testing, and day-to-day support of the HCM modules/functionality of Oracle’s E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion 3. Assist business users and team members in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business processes to implement various Oracle modules (HCM and payroll), using standardized Oracle implementation methodologies 2 4. Develop custom reports specification to guide development and deployment by technical consultants. 5. Should Follow and ensure adoption of Oracle implementation best practices (OUM, ABF, AIM..etc), adopt for requirements gathering solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-production support. 6. Be In position to understand and define controls in the HCM system from a solution, data security, and segregation of duties. 7. Will work closely with our client and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. 8. Timely respond to day-to-day support tickets, derive resolutions within SLA, timely escalate and collaborate with other client team members and Oracle support. 9. Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review. 10. Configures Oracle Fusion Core HR, Payroll, Absence management, Talent management, Time and Labor, and i-Recruitment. 11. Create test cases, setup and leading User Acceptance Testing sessions for HCM and payroll modules and related touchpoints / AP Integrations 12. Conduct Trainings to end users as needed, create training and users documentation 13. Create functional specifications for Report, Interface, Conversion, Extension, and Workflow 14. Liaise with onsite / offshore ERP Teams 15. Manages day-to-day Incident Management, Escalation Management and other aspects of Oracle HCM Applications Management related tasks and activities 16. Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance. 17. Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are being met. 18. Pro-actively identifies areas of opportunity and work to finding solutions that meet the business needs of the customer.
