In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or tape residue on flooringCommunicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaintsWork closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetingsWork closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses• Plan, direct and coordinate tasks of team members• Follow up with the policy and each team member evaluation• Coordinates production schedules to ensure that work is completed by delivery date• Making sure that all team members are Working according to SOP• Cases to be delivered on time• Coordinate resources & supply chain necessary for manufacturing products in accordance to cost, quality , quantity• Studies processing methods to determine reasons for production errors / difficulties• Focus on customer satisfaction• Leadership and providing healthy environment for all the team members• Focus on providing needed tools / courses for all workers to improve their performance and skills• Follow up & Utilize marketing tools and campaigns in order to build a good reputation and increase sales• Analyze cost and production records to ensure that services are profitable• Approves suggestions to improve efficiency of services / working conditions• Examine finished products every now and then to ensure delivering high quality products• May contact dentists / clients for feedbacks or problems• General supervision• Follow up with accounting & making sure we collect the money of all cases on time.• Checking maintenance & communicating with all external needed partners or workers.• Be ready with plan B for every problem either in machines, services or personnel• Working on improving quality and reputation.• Follow up, attention to details and urgency are a must.• Arrange meetings and making sure team members are working according to a timeline and guidelines.• Documenting problems and files to each team members ( warnings, bonuses, performance, vacations..etc)
