• Configuration and management of Office 365 tenant and Azure AD 
• Day to day activities of Office 365 like user account management, license management, log management etc 
• Implement and maintain the M365 security features like Intune, MTP, CASB , AD P2 features etc. 
• Securing our Office 365 according to best practices
• Performance optimizations of our existing Office 365 setup
• Expert in Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) configuration and management
• Strong in PowerShell scripting
• Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity and mobility
• Manage and maintain the On-Premises servers and Data Center 
• Have knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
• Monitor servers and identify performance issues proactively.
• Work within strict SLA and escalate incidents within defined periods.
• Raise and execute all server related new change orders.
• Work with vendor for product review and selection
