Now we are looking for an HR-generalist based in our office in Cairo. If you are an experienced professional in Human Resources and Labor Law, we are waiting for your CV! What you will be responsible for:Administer HR policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. Promote equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws;Manage full employee life cycle including onboarding, orientation, compensation benefits, employee relations, off-boarding and full circle of staff paperflow;Communication with a payroll outsourcing company;Employment of team members as a main responsibility;HR admin issues (setting up employee files, completing standard forms letters, and maintaining reports and records), maintain additional agreements and keep personal folders in an accurate wayDevelop and maintain knowledge of one or more of the following disciplines: Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, Environment, health and safety, Leave balances, program of Internships and Wellness;Maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Issue necessary agreements, policies, instructions;Provide with consultations and clarifications regarding  human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Hold ethics and conduct training;Maintain accurate records and manage reporting requests;Under general supervision, follow established work routines, using initiative to propose solutions to problems;Continuously identify, measure and improve processes;Recruiting process: conduct interviews on behalf of the hiring manager, sort through applications to fill open positions, execute first-day onboarding processes such as employment documents’ execution, adaptation, and other duties;C&B: support in implementing corporate compensation policy by providing consultations regarding specifics or local legislation. Review of common practices of compensation packages in different companies;T&D: support the function and contribute to the team’s development. Working terms:Probation period up to 3 months;Initial training;Working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off. We offer you all the conditions for professional and personal growth with a rapidly growing IT-company.Resumes in English will be considered primarily.Your resume will be considered within 14 calendar days from the date it was received.
