• Accountable for the financial, administrative and risk management operations of the company.
• Has the primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company
• Develops the operational and financial strategy, metrics tied to the overall group strategy, and the ongoing monitoring and development and of control systems designed to report accurate financial results and preserve company assets.
• Perform the direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.
• Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
