The main purpose of the Electrical Design Engineer job is:

• Designing and laying out new electrical systems according to customer specifications and applicable international standards.
• Prepare technical submittals and approvals
• Creating system models and simulations
• Testing new systems and making design changes if needed
• Producing necessary design reports and documentation
• Assisting in the manufacture of new electrical systems
• Checking and updating of the bill of materials
• Follows all applicable procedures and work instructions
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned
• Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his direct manager
