Mubasher International for Securities is a leading brokerage firm that trades online in Share within the stock market in various countries.Duties:Responsible for ensuring that all customers’ inquiries are handled on timely manner, also responsible for Quality Assurance and Problems solving, Directly deals with customers face-to-face, or by telephone, handle follow up calls /escalations hard calls when required.Receive and record customer orders (sell& buy) and send them to operation department to be executed.Receive freeze and unblocking stocks requests and follow up the process till done.Create customers account on AT, store and modify it when it’s necessary, Update the existing database with changes and the status of each customer.Handle clerical duties which includes faxing, filling up paperwork, doing checks on credit references as well as liaising with other departmentsProvide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.Telemarketing duties include contacting current and potential customers, build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company and provide new customers with information about our services.Set appointments for the sales team.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed / as per KPIs targets attributes set.
