Degree/Diploma holder is essential but not necessary

Minimum 8 years’ experience in Recruitment Business Development and accounts management.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills

Result-oriented skills with friendly team player mentality.

MUST come from a target driven background, with strong skills in Client Acquisition and Closing Sales.

MUST be able to close sales from the first month and achieve monthly targets

Preferably with existing clients or can create customer leads

Must be persistent in conducting customer follow up

Must have knowledge in MS Applications

Valid UAE driving license is essential.

MUST come from a recruitment company or has recruitment background
