Implement and monitor the Company guidelines, policies and procedures to meet the department objective for better control

Identify and record the Company financial transactions in the areas of expenditures, production, and revenues And keep a log of the fixed assets, maintain details of their custody to assure all work process and data are properly documented.

Expenditure Cycle: ensure the proper preparation of purchase requests and purchase orders and receiving reports, and matches these documents against the vendor/supplier invoices. Logs the payables and sends the documents to the Sector’s Finance function to maintain account payable are controlled.

Production Cycle (food and beverage preparation): record the amount of food items used in production and prepares initial costing reports, and send them to the Sector’s Finance function for better inventory and costing control.

Revenue Cycle: record reservations, actual tables sales, food and beverage sales, and actual cash collections. Log these financial transactions and sends these documents along with the transaction log to the Sector’s Finance function to assure prober revenue recording

Fixed Assets Cycle: ensure proper receiving and inspection of fixed assets, and keep a log (with custody) for all Company fixed assets for prober control and safeguard.
