Main Duties: Responsible for recording journal entries. Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliation. Update accounts receivable. Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements Assist with reviewing payroll records. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings. Maintain the archiving of financial documents. Assist with other accounting projects
