Desirable to have experience in working with and within government agencies or clients side generally at a senior level

In-depth knowledge of engineering procedures

Provide a strategic overview of all programmes, projects and interdependencies, reporting anomalies or areas of concern to senior Management

Analyse the portfolio and make recommendations on the programme/project mix to the decision-makers

Evaluate and help to implement process improvements to improve project workflow and more effective delivery

Regularly review the appropriateness and deliverability of the portfolio

Minimum of 25 years postgraduate experience with experience in major infrastructure projects

Roads, aviation, structures or rail related experience preferred

Minimum of 5 years experience in qatar or Gulf region
