Collaborate with Development teams, finding innovative ways to deliver on team commitments and milestones.Provide Development and Sr. Management ongoing status against delivery of commitments, identify and actively mitigate risks.Manage resources on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.Develop project plan; estimates; develops pre-deployment checklists & implementation plansWorking closely with the technical teams.Present and support Agile education and training activities as required.Expertise with the use of Agile project management tools. And assist the team, as needed, to build skills planning, goal setting, organizing and delivering through collaborative effort.Spotting project delivery issues and providing a constructive suggestion for improvements.Protects project scope and effectively manages change requests.Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverable.Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
