Caduceus Lane is looking for an experienced Business/Systems Analyst with exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate would be someone who works proactively to determine the requirements of a project or program and would be competent in serving as the bridge between end-users and the engineers who develop the product, creating User Stories, eliciting requirements, writing narratives, and assisting with release planning.Responsibilities:Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business/system requirementsCreating a detailed business analysis that outline problems, opportunities, and solutionsEvaluating, analyzing, and maintaining systems requirementsDeploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databasesManaging the set-up and configuration of systemsWriting User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and BRDsPerforming detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements specificationsMeeting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirementsCollaborating with the UX team to ensure that UX designs align completely with the documented business requirementsSupporting developers and QC engineers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within the development lifecycleSupporting the Product Manager in product positioning, release planning, and vision/roadmap creation/updateDemonstrating the solution scope, business value, solution design, requirements, and identified risks to concerned stakeholdersDeveloping, analyzing, prioritizing, and organizing requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to followDefining and coordinating the execution of testing procedures, and developing test cases to serve the overall quality assurance processTranslating highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirementsProviding the documentation of all processes and training as neededImplementing the best practices needed for well-established and developed scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
