Responsible for the management of the Softs-cape staffResponsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the program.Responsible for review  master plan and concept designs and provide feedback on design drawings and technical specifications. Reviews/comments on proposed technical deviations from approved Soft-scape concepts so client can make informed decisions.Responsible for works to establish the requirements of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria. Responsible for works with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of the  project.Responsible for works with the key program individuals to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. The Senior Land scape Engineer is specifically responsible for managing and timely closeout of change orders.Responsible for Monitoring  and reports to the Project Manager on the progress of  project activities within the project, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule. Provide regular reports and presentations on progress to senior management and the client as necessary.Supervise the irrigation process & assist with any spot irrigation repairs as they are needed. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.Responsible for the management of the Softs-cape staffResponsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the program.Responsible for review  master plan and concept designs and provide feedback on design drawings and technical specifications.
