Roots Development is looking for professional and experienced real estate "Primary" and "Resale" Senior property consultants, with the below duties:Provide the right advice and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties.Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that best fitting them.Attracting customers. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to potential buyers and investors.Maintain regular contact with Developers, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing onesHandling the selling process including approaching, showing and closing.Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealingPerform benchmark analysis to estimate properties’ valueManage property Resale ( For the resale vacancies only )Maintain and update listings of available propertiesCooperating with developers ( for the primary vacancies )Promote sales through advertisements, and listing servicesAchieve sales targets set by the company.Work Conditions: Office location: Zayed CityBasic Salary + Very competitive commission.Laptop and open invoice line for business usage.Medical Insurance after probation periodRegular campaigns to provide leads
