1- Issues and follows up on all the purchase orders of all requested materials and samples with better prices, best quality, on requested time for delivery, alternatives and solutions.2- Participate in developing, implementing and evaluating purchasing plans, work processes, systems and procedures to achieve annual goals, objectives.3- Source new suppliers, monitors vendor quality, meet specific technical specification, and maintain a current database of vendor information.4- Ensure the implementation of instructions regarding purchasing policies and procedures and negotiate Purchasing terms.5- Contacting the shipping lines for best price for freight and best service.6- Tracking all orders, shipments since order until delivery at warehouses and preparing all the required reports. 7- Analyze all samples and drawing data to perform all calculations for all area and coordinate with various vendors to design all products according to specifications and develop, maintain professional relationships with all vendors to design optimal pricing for all products.8- Execute all purchase orders for the suppliers and follow up the purchase process till it’s delivered to the warehouse within the agreed time-frame as per the client’s requirements.9- Manage supplier/forwarder events and relationships.10- Preparing and following up shipping process and documents needed for clearance.11- Finalize shipments with Finance department.12- Manage the relationship and negotiations with Suppliers.13- Select suppliers and study offer.
