To conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of the customers. Plan and implement export sales strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization. Regular market surveys and SWOT analysis for the group and its competitors. Ensuring the customers satisfaction and increase their products loyalty. Negotiate contracts for sales and manage, renew and review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer relations. Provide effective people management, ensuring daily contact, regular team meetings. Plan and manage overseas sales through distributors and other relevant sales outlets. Development of new and emerging markets within various export regions. Prepare and submit technical quotations. Monitor, record, analyses and report on activities, sales trends and results. You must have proven export / international sales experience selling via agents and distributors and willing to work from the office in Egypt. To develop plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the sales target. To ensure that the products are made available to suit the needs of the customer and by adhering to the sales processes designed to improve the sales. To keep abreast of the latest developments in the market by studying the competitor's strategies and products, so that the possible threats can be identified and counter attack strategies can be designed. To maintain trustworthy professional relationship with the existing as well as the prospective clients. To select, analyze and validate the vendors’ requirements and maintain and update the database related to it. Ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures.
