We make a lot of custom solutions while still trying to stay within the Drupal realm. We work, act and help each other as a team, but we require that you are also able to work independently with projects. We expect you to be able to make qualified decisions. You need to have experience, yet still be willing to learn. We do not expect you to know everything from the beginning.You will work with designers, UX-masters, frontend developers, and project managers, and will from time to time communicate directly with the clients. You must be comfortable with that and be able to have a dialogue about technical solutions with non-technical people.The most important thing in our work is a positive and innovative approach to any task given. Very often we navigate on uncharted seas - with new technologies, trendsetting solutions and module updates, God bless them. From time to time, we build something that looks like something we've done before, or expand existing solutions, but never the same thing twice.We are proud owners of a recently launched product that is taking the market by storm as you are reading this.
