Develop cost estimation and project financial model based on project particulars such as geographical location and other factors

Provide Engineering design/construction/comissioning and consulting support to the project development team. Candidate should be able to assist in estimating project cost and schedule

Should have experience in complete life cycle of project, from budgeting to execution and commissioning
