We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.The Quality Manager is a key member of our growing team responsible for providing professional expertise and guidance in relation to the evaluation of Product Quality Reviews.The Quality Manager has the overall responsibility for his team and will report directly to our CEO.Area Of Activity: Pharmaceutical Consulting and Service Provider, Quality ManagementThe Quality Manager Will:Evaluate and approve PQRsPerform a 4 eye check of PQRs evaluated by his/ her team members, correct errors and follow-up error recordsManage a team of 3-4 personsManage complaints, deviations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)Check daily & weekly KPIs delivered by his teamAssign and oversee training complianceAchieve individual and team goals. Meet deadlines with the resources provided and never compromise ethical standardsSupport and maintain a high level of Quality Assurance and GMP document requestKeep abreast of company requirements, operating procedures, policies, and relation with products and GxP requirements, within the area of responsibility and support compliance with these requirements
