Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to potential buyers and investors.Maintain regular contact with Developers, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing onesHandling the selling process including approaching, showing and closing.Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealingPerform benchmark analysis to estimate properties’ valueMaintain and update listings of available propertiesPromote sales through advertisements, and listing servicesAchieve sales targets set by the company.Work Conditions: Office location: New Cairo, 5th SettlementBasic Salary + Very competitive commission.Laptop and open invoice line for business usage.Regular campaigns to provide leads
