Design and developmentAssist the learning and development specialist in designing the quality learning content, materials and resources including e-learning materials.Create the agenda of the trainings and events.Proofread, edit and translate training materials.Trainers relationsAssist in recruiting trainers through screening, phone-interviews, demos and handle handover process.Send acceptance and redirection emails.Check trainers’ availability and lock them. Submit the training’s feedback results to the trainers.Develop and update trainers database, internal tracking sheets and document their scores.Monitor and evaluate the trainers’ performance.ExecutionLiaising activities between internal teams and trainers to ensure proper implementation.Handle communication with the finance department and implement related requests as preparing purchase orders and procurement stuff.Manage event setup.Compile training' materials.Handle orientation sessions for volunteers and guide them throughout the event day.Document events through taking photos during the day.Supervise the whole training day and oversee implementation of Agenda.Solve problems that pop up during trainings and events.
