1. Plan, implement, oversee, and maintain server and network infrastructures and projects.
2. Design, install and configure internal and customer facing servers, network devices and firewalls.
3. Proactively manage and maintain server, network, and firewall systems
4. Administer and support core Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, and VMware technologies
5. Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans
6. Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment
7. Define and document best practices and support procedures
8. Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance
9. Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation
10. Assist with hardware, firewall, telecom and software vendor evaluation, recommendation, and negotiations
11. Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologies
12. To provide telephone, e-mail, and remote support to all IT users, solving their problems and providing procedural documentation as required.
13. Carry out special tasks at Management's direction

16. Design new computer systems system and server performance
17. Run reports on system performance for team and wider organization

23. Ensure systems are secure and protected from breach or viruses
