1. Develops and maintain IT operations policies and procedures for all IT services.
2. Establishes and maintains hard and soft copies of IT operational manuals, including document and version control.
3. Stores hard copies and soft copy media in an ordered manner to allow easy retrieval when needed.
4. Arranges and sorts the soft copies on the computer in proper folders for easy retrieval when needed.
5. Updates the IT operations policies and procedures when needed as requested by superiors.
6. Ensures superiors are well informed at all times.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
