Handle the recruitment cycle starting with posting the job ads, screening C.V's, scheduling interviews and making first interview for junior and supervisory jobsManage the onboarding program for the newcomers.Manage the probationary performance assessment with the department’s heads. Manage the satisfaction survey for the employees. And make the needed analysis and recommendationsPrepare the JD for all jobs including required business competencies. Coordinate the process of performance appraisals management for all staff.Coordinate in designing all engagement plan for staff and analyze its results. Handle internal communication: memorandums, quarter meetings, yearly events, etc. Lead the exit interviews and present the needed analysis.Prepare the TNA in collaboration with the department’s heads. Monitor the planned training programs and evaluate its ROI (return of investment) Develop and update HR policies & Procedures in order to align all business units and   ensure corporate efficiency.Perform the job evaluation and assist in design the salary structure.
