We are looking for a creative, action-oriented, results-driven marketeer who will design and execute marketing & sales campaigns.In this role, you will need to work on the growth hacking funnel and use nontraditional ways for maximizing customer acquisition, increase Conversion % and reduce churn rate%.Define a strong brand strategy that takes Zeal's brand to the next level.Effectively execute brand marketing campaigns.Lead and manage our marketing team, spanning all marketing disciplines to build and execute growth strategies.Take an active role in PPC budgeting and digital/media planning.Create onground and digital marketing strategies for users and merchants acquisition. Actively participate in executing ideas that will achieve hypergrowth at Zeal.Location: Fifth Settlement, Cairo, Egypt  Responsibilities:Develop, test, and scale next-generation marketing tactics that are aligned with prioritized business strategies.Collaborate with Product Management and optimize predictive and/or personalization models to identify leads and/or elevate the customer experience.Propose new and creative approaches to retaining, upselling, and cross-selling customers and converting leads into growth.Analyze performance of campaigns on a daily/weekly basis and use this data to constantly evolve and improve results.Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B tests.Report and present on KPIs related to campaign performance and business impact (e.g., revenue, ROI, customer LTV, CAC, ARPU, etc.)
